Q: How quickly will I be seen for my first appointment?
A: Typically you will be booked for an appointment within 48hrs hours.

Q: How many treatments will I need?
A: Based on the injury and severity of the condition and your activity expectations, you will be advised of an appropriate treatment plan after your initial assessment.

Q: How long will the therapist be with me during my session?
A: Standard sessions are 30 minutes to 60 minutes with just you and the physiotherapist.

Q: Does extended health cover my physiotherapy treatment?
A: A receipt will be issued for you to submit to your insurance. Everyone's health and group plans are different, most plans will cover a percentage. Talk to your health plan provider for more specific details.
